        I loved every minute of living at Sandpiper. The management were so respectful and helpful. If I could, I'd live there another 4 years! Thank you so much for all the memories!

        Lived here for about 6 years now. The management is almost non-existent. I've never lived in a place where it feels like there's no management. The only time we here about them is when they put papers on our doors to tell us that they're going to be coming into our apartment. There's a series trash issue here. Dumpsters are constantly full and are surrounded with garbage. The people that live here leave trash all of the ground and on the grass. There are no sprinklers here so the grass is always dead and dry. The pool is never open, and the manager instead let's their dogs roam around it and for ducks to swim inside. This place is trash, expensive trash.
