If I could sincerely recommend that you rent in this place I would tell you not to rent here this place is one of the worst and super expensive 1800 dollars plus utilities in the end we paid 2000 dollars, for that money you can find something much better the facilities are old and in very bad condition when something is damaged in your apartment there is no one to repair it because they only have one person and there are too many things to repair for one person I think it is too much money for an apartment where there is no gym or pool or a recreation park for the children and apart from all that there is vandalism in the cars they broke the window of my car and in the office they only said that the camera did not show who it was and not just me I pass by a lot of other people so if you're thinking of moving here, think about it because you can find something much better for the price of these old apartments that just want to cover everything with paint

Leasing office is very rude not professional.they over charge me for cleaning 1500$ dont move to this place.the property manager is a rude person

After our lease was up, we were told that we werent going to get our deposit back on top we also owed them an additional $700 which we didnt understand why there was so many minor extra charges on the bill. After we got that resolved I guess they were just going to use that deposit money for the damages and that we dont have to owe anything else to call it even. Found out the manager who was working there at the time we moved in, got fired for multiple reasons like missing tenants checks, not doing proper inspections, etc. i mean she wasnt really that reliable tbh. She never told us that $300/$1k deposit was non refundable wouldve been nice to know before we applied

DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS! The landlord and management is rude, Disrespectful, unprofessional they act irresponsible , also these apartments are not safe I have witnessed car vandalism in these apartments , i lived here from the last 6 months since I moved in here I regret because there apartments are old and have annoying squeaky noises it feels like the broken woods behind those paints and the roof is going to fall down , finally I moved out in the middle of my lease,
