I removed my original post of 5 stars several months ago and replaced it with 1 star. The condensed version: Moved in Jan 2019. It was great ! Wonderful, attentive, accommodating staff. Management change. Beginning in 2020 there is a lack of lease enforcement: smoking on property and failure to pick up dog poop is blatantly ignored. I then considered the good about living here which is location to my work and the Asst mgr, Aly, is nice. So, i now rate Northline a 3. Just don't expect lease guidelines to be enforced. ***UPDATE 10/27/23 **** I moved from Northline in Feb 2021, almost 2 years ago. Today I received an email from a collection agency stating I owe 225.00!! I spoke to the billing dept, in Everett, and contested this when I moved. Was told it would be credited as it was an error. Now, they attempt to collect the debt, via 3rd party, without any communication with me. My phone number and email has not changed. I intentionally did not post all the negative experiences I had in my short time there. But... I would never recommend Northline for these reasons: safety ( car break ins they did nothing about ), smoking !!! ( did not enforce their smoke free policy ) lack of customer service ( they changed managers 4 times in less than one year and the office was regularly closed ) grounds were trashy. And now coming after me without even a respectful phone call. Horrible experience after the first 4 months. Do not rent here.
