Hillcrest Apartments

I was initially very excited to get an apartment to Hillcrest apartments, but the management have a bad customer service, especially the leasing agent called Maria she was very rude and does not try to help, in the contrary she likes to argue with customers and does not engage or help you whatsoever. I had to move my business elsewhere, if you think about getting apartment to this place think twice and do not let this agent disrespect you. No wonder the apartment complex has a low rating review.

Lots of car break ins. Water that is unsafe to drink. Mail wont leave your packages at the door because of crime in the area, youll always have to go pick it up somewhere else. Noisy neighbors screaming all night. Paper thin walls. Property manager does nothing to clean the stairwells or hallways, even if theres vomit. The laundry rooms have never been cleaned. The size of each apartment is nice. Thats about it.

Me and my husband lived here for 3 years HillCrest apartments tukwila from my experience the property manager wasn't the best manager, just just FYI-she made me freeze myself outside for two hours at night time last year on my bday, my door lock was stuck wouldn't open at all, called her and told her and she said that was not an emergency at all, she is not a good communicator at all. she like almost never answers the phone when calling, her phone work or mobile...wouldn'ytrecommand this to friends living here. the apartments outside were dusty and had sipders and spider webs floor carpets were dirty too. her mangament wasn't good.
