This place doesn't even deserve 1 star it's definitely isn't a safe place to live or even call home because it's been unmanaged for year's and some of the tenants that live here have no respect for themselves and don't care if anyone has to get up at 6am to go to work they stay up all night stomping around, doing laundry all night long and slamming the dryer door repeatedly, running bath water for an hour- turn it on for couple minutes then slamming it off and this goes on for over an hour every night usually doesn't start till after 10pm it's so rude and we've only had to deal with it for 2months now. We haven't had 1 night of peaceful sleep since we moved in. This is a horrible place to live and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I will say I'm very grateful for a roof over my head but unfortunately that's not going to last for too much longer because we're probably going to be homeless real soon after looking at the water/sewer/garbage they charge here it's outrageous and I can't believe this is even legal to do for 1 month sewer-79.59 and 4.99 service few trash removal is 53.86 and water is 45.48 this is all for 1 month What the heck is going on here!!!! This isn't right and I'm sure it's not legal but I'm going to find out believe that.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Save your money and the stress and avoid renting at this community. Owner is non responsive and has a on site manager who is absolutely terrible and quit frankly a slum lord. They have no system put into place for submitting work orders and its always verbal so the manager James doesnt have to be held accountable for unfinished work orders due to it not being in "writing". You can do an initial walk through and think your leasing a great unit as well as being told your getting new appliances just to find out upon move in that you get appliances that are broken and non operational and from the early 90s installed. Numerous times food was wasted and thrown out due to a non working refrigerator that took more than 6 months to address and fix. Garbage is over flowing and trash illegally dumped. Huge pot wholes all through out the community that damage your tires and vehicles in the process. Poor management and terrible guy running it. Run far away!!!
