Newport Heights Apartments

First of all I want to start by saying that this apartment was beautiful and I enjoyed staying there for my first year leasing. I wish I couldve lived there longer but I couldnt. Sonya is one the best landlords you could ask for. If you email or call them they will run away respond to you and meet your needs. Tom was one of the best maintenance. Always comes in and gets the job done. Thank you guys so much for amazing year

If you have another place for selection, go there. They demand to pay more money than you lived there, we left at the end of January, they sent an invoice for 6 days of February, although all agreements were met. Ants in the apartment, broken household appliances and fraud with money are waiting for you here. February 14. They didn't call back, office do not care about customers even if you call them they do not pick up the phone. Very bad place it say nothing about it.

If your looking for a place to rent dont rent here this place is a scam they charged us so much money after we left and on top of that they neglect tenants needs. Theres mold and ants that come out every summer so be aware of that.
