Stay away from these Apartments the children run wild and destroy private property, their parents act just like children when you confront them. They are very disrespectful and the landlord acts like an idiot.

I contacted a leasing agent at this property, asked a couple of questions and if I could see the apartment the next day, and the leasing agent avoided my question about viewing the apartment. So I directly texted again, asking to see the apartment. I got no reply. Later, I got a response from them through a separate email inquiry, and when I asked to view the apartment I once again was ignored. After vocalizing my frustration with their lack of communication, another person joined the email and offered to schedule time to view the apartment. It was challenging to schedule a time with her, but we eventually did. I arrived a few minutes early and emailed the agent saying I was there but not sure which building it is, only to wait for 15 minutes- not seeing anyone or getting an email reply. Of course I left after waiting and not hearing back from the agent. I still haven’t even heard from her hours later, so clearly it was unimportant that she did not make our appointment. What I’m saying is, if they can’t be bothered to be professional when you’re trying to sign a lease and give them money, why would they care about you once you have signed a lease? I’d be wary. I’m glad I didn’t rent from them.
