It's a nice place with solid ground rules. Pleasant staff, especially i wanted to highlight Hunter for being very considerate and polite. Moving here was a big change in life and it was nice knowing that he truly cared.

I lived in this place during 2020 and honestly this place it is terrible. Management looks like doesnt exist. They just care about the yard and pool and love to expend money with stupid things. I left this place because it is no safe at all, and the management is terrible.

They are buying reviews... 7" 5 stars reviews in one hour. One of this person have 3 reviews 🙄.. , Instead of create fakes to try to hide your bad customer service and bad management, use this moment to learn how to be a good manager and try to put cameras in this if you are planning to move to here. You will be lucky if you have a peace place a calm... this place is a part of a program from king county that they allows people with disabilities to stay there.. they don't say anything about that when you enter there. Don't go there!!! Stop to create fake reviews!!!
