Sophie is incredible at her craft and will support your healing journey at every step of the way. Her presence creates such a calming environment to sink into during her sessions and I couldn't recommend working with her more. If you are on the fence, give it a try! Sophie is incredible to work with! After years of neck/shoulder/back pain, I felt relief and even fell asleep (impressive for an insomniac) during a session. I had a separate session working on a month long migraine and saw long lasting results that were better than taking prescription medicine. Ive also noticed a significant improvement in my anxiety and insomnia since working with Sophie. Cannot recommend Sophie enough!

I met with Sophie for a reiki session late fall last year and it was a soothing, healing experience. Upon meeting her, she immediately put me at ease with what to expect from our session and we discussed what my needs were and how she practices. She has a calming presence, and the room was also calming and smelled wonderfullightly infused with essential oils. The lavender infused weighted eye mask help transport my attention my from overly busy monkey mind back into my body. The session lasted about an hour, then we talked about what we both experienced during the session. I definitely felt an emotional release and release of physical tension that I needed more than I knew. She is caring, genuine and very skilled in the craft and art of reiki. If youve never tried Reiki and are curious about this healing modality, and you are open to trying this ancient Eastern practice, I highly recommend Sophies service.

Would definitely recommend Sophie! She's is patient and calming, explained everything before the session and didn't feel rushed or anything. You get time to check in after the session as well. Was my first time doing Reiki and was looking into it because I've been feeling out of balance for at least a year, physically, mentally, and spiritually. The things I knew I needed to do I just found myself not doing, and even though I was doing a lot of positive things I just never feel grounded. Without going into a long story, I think it really helped. It wasn't some dramatic change and then everything was great, but over two weeks (1x session a week), I started noticing that it wasn't so hard to get through the day or get myself to do self-care and daily tasks. It kind of felt like a subtle balancing that took place over the two weeks (and is still ongoing) but I do feel a lot more grounded since going and already have my next visits scheduled to try to really get more connected and grounded internally. (Also the price is a lot more reasonable than a lot of other places I looked as well)
