Seattle Sound Temple

If you can, plan a visit - this place is unique and special. The most intimate space I've ever received a community sound bath (I think 12 people max?), with more crystal bowls than I've ever seen in one place! Dreamy. Karen and Irene are deeply gifted in this realm. Highly recommend when you need to calm and ground your nervous system.

I have been to the Seattle Sound Temple both for community sound baths and a private sound bath with the lovely Irene and both experiences are incredibly nourishing, meditative and healing on many levels. The temple is gorgeous and is the perfect space for allowing ones energy to realign and recalibrate as needed. Its almost like a musical massage for the soul. Irene and the other sound healers hold space for others so well and beautifully. I highly recommend!

I can't believe I am the second person to write a review for this amazing business! I dare to say that sound bath can be more relaxing than regular massage and more beneficial than floating. It's like yoga, meditation and live music show in one. And the owners: Alisson and Irene - just wonderful women. This is a place to visit.
