Heather has a gift for delivering just the right sounds, tempo, narrative, to get you to relax deeply and fully. Ive seen people walk in hurried and tense, and mid-way through the sound bath, drift peacefully to sleep, smiling. Id never had a sound bath before, and now I love them. Deeply relaxing and restorative. If you are at all skeptical, give it a try. You wont regret it.
