    Awful. They dont answer their phone and when I go in person the pharmacist is very rude and unhelpful. Switched pharmacies. Would never recommend CVS, especially this one.

    I used to love going here, I used to get texts about my prescriptions being ready or out but the last few months have been the worst with this place. I don't get texts about my prescriptions and I've also had to request refills even though they have been on automatic refill. And today was the last straw. They didn't fill one of my prescriptions fast enough causing it to lapse in prior authorization which caused my insurance to not cover it, because they didn't fill it automatically and I requested to have it filled way before it lapsed. I am now out of a very important medication. I don't get texts about any medications no more, and I have to submit a request for refills now. It's RIDICULOUS. What makes me mad is the fact they blamed the insurance, I called tem and yes they said it lapsed, so I call my doctors office and they said it's because it wasn't filled! Because CVS didn't fill it fast enough! I have now switched over to a different pharmacy and can't wait to not have to have any more problems. This place just has gone down hill. Please go somewhere else. The pharmacist tried to have me pay $1100 out of pocket for my medication... no one in the right mind can afford that!
