They can't even be bothered with the simple things like mailing me a "hard" copy of my umbrella policy, which I asked for on 3 seperate occasions, not going to trust them with the more complicated issues, like a claim or something. Must be a scam...more "what if" money for a policy that appears to be suspect! Then to top it off they will charge you 10% to cancel and want paper for proof.... They may be the cheapest option but there is a reason. Stay away from this company
