        Doesnt answer calls when trying to make a payment. Leaves me on hold for 20 minutes then says she will call me back tmr and never does!

        Horrible agent. Let me down everytime that I've needed their help. After an accident, I got a new car. Called them to add it to my policy. They didn't. They admitted they didn't do it after calling them because I couldn't get an inspection. They added it. Then, Erie Insurance took over $800 out of my accout because of there mistake. They couldn't even call me back.

My agent Renee I believe, was an absolute pleasure and truly cared about my situation and did what she had to do to make sure I wasnt going to go without coverage!! I couldnt be happier!!
