We contacted Custom Home Improvement for a mid-sized leak dripping into our attic. First Antonio came out to estimate the repair cost. He found more issues than we'd been aware of (plenty of active leaks in hard to see spots) and explained what was causing the leaks. Antonio caulked over the leaks free of charge and explained that what we really needed a total roof replacement.From there, Jeremy came out a couple days later and confirmed everything Antonio had told us. He walked my wife and I through our various options, including us simply repairing the active leaks without completely replacing the entire roof. We ended up contacting him a few days later and chose a full roof replacement. Great price with great financing options available.

I initially spoke with Francisco and he was awesome, happy to help with the roof inspection and I'm grateful to Antonio for resolving the issue and doing a superb job. Dakota really helped finesse everything keeping communication open and making sure I was satisfied with the work. They were efficient, quick and I'd recommend them to anyone. I know I'd definitely request their services again should I need it. Thanks so much everyone.
