        Prices were outrageous for bare minimum coverage. Price went up each renewal even without accident or tickets on my record for auto, home and motorcycle even after being loyal customer for 9 years. Also I put 7 requests in to remove my nephew from my insurance as he is stationed in California and not one request went through. Overall impression of the company is lazy.

        I should have called before going because they closed early that day next time I will call but I then call she answers lol they are the nicest people and I was help with my apt thank you so much
