    Suppose to be doing warranty work for our townhouse till April. And they dont even respond to our requests. have called them numerous times f the year and they put a band aid on an issue just have the same issue month later. Come to find out they installed unit the wrong way and they refuse to do any warranty work for our subdivision.

    Christmas day and I get told that because my labor warranty is up, they wont come and fix my heat. Its 21 degrees outside and I have children! I even offered to pay to get this resolved even though I dont feel like we should have to since we had so many issues but was told to call another company. I built a brand new Ryan Home and regret it every since. They will not back their product. Nothing but issues with heat and air since two months after closing in September 2018. They put a bandage on my hvac for two years and then on the coldest day of this year they tell me to call someone else because my warranty is up. I can't believe the audacity. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

    I have never been so disgusted. No one during business hours or after hours anwser the phone. Nor do they return phone calls. They are the worst for heating. Call a professional company to handle your needs and know the value of real customer service and common curiosity. If my heat is not fixed today I'm taking this to news channel 6, 8 and 12.

    I had a house built in July 2018, and I have been having hvac problems since moving into my home. I have never seen a company that was this non professional in my life. It is currently 87 degrees in my home, and the employee that was sent here to diagnose the issue just told me , I think its the compressor, but there are 4 other calls that I still have to do and I dont know when we can get that fixed. I asked him who can I speak to in regards to having this fixed sooner than later. He told me, I mean I dont know, your neighbor doesnt have a/c either so call Ryan homes. Im working 40 hours a week. I understand that I am not the only one without a/c, however, I expect to have a company and their employees to assist their customers and not make excuses for their poor performance with installation and management of the service that they are providing.
