I called this company to get a quote, and before I could finish my sentence, the lady begun explaining how busy she was. I understand organizations can get busy, but explaining that when im trying to schedule a field trip for my middle schoolers is rude, and extremely unprofessionalthis was after it took 3 days for me to get in contact with this business. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend!

James River (now Academy transportation) was wonderful to work with on our wedding day! They were very flexible with our timeline. We rented their 55-passenger vehicle. We wanted to avoid needing to rent two vehicles, so we asked that they do two pick-ups on the way to our venue and two at the end of the night. They were easily able to accommodate what we needed. Our kind driver was prompt and followed our timeline perfectly. We were so glad we chose Academy to provide safe transportation for our guests at the end of our wedding night!

Owner sold out to a terrible company. It's a shame nobody wants a family owned business anymore.

They sold out to an awful, very large corporate bus company who doesn't care about the type of clients James river served. Steve Story is a sellout and should be ashamed of himself. His father is surely disappointed
