I was in need of a rental for a last minute trip. The other rental agencies were out or waiting for vehicles. I called this business because of their rating. I am so glad that I did. Sam was awesome!! He listened to I wanted gave me great suggestions and I didn't feel like just another number in line. My Hybrid, yes Hybrid, was perfect for the distance I was traveling. I ended up saving money on my vehicle, saving on gas, and therefore saving my peace of mind. I will definitely utilize them again!

Poor service dude act like he didnt want to let me rent the car when i went to get it asking me where Im born , where Im going then I get the car the headlight was out and I got pulled over ,and More.. I took pictures of everything that was wrong before I left because just like I expected he blamed me and then going to charge me 40 dollars out my deposit because it had a little dust on the bumper....I even brought the car back a day before it was due back

Amazing rental experience. Sam is a true professional. I had problems with my rental key fob and he literally face timed me and walked me thru the problem until resolved. Customer service here is above and beyond!!! Ill be renting here from now on. Not to mention its black owned for the culture!!

When I tell you EXCELLENT service, I mean just that! Sam, the agent lived up to every word that came out of his mouth..he made this a fast & speedy process.. He's my go to guy whenever I'm in need of a rental.. Wish there were more stars because this company deserves 100 more... Thank you Sam & Icon Rental for such great service!!
