We have used Winn for 6+ years for our winter retreats. They're amazing to work with and always make sure to provide us with great service from start to finish. Can't recommend them enough!

My school called up Winn for our band trip to Florida, and it was a pretty good time. The service was great, and our drivers were super awesome. Great personalities and great guys, they really made the drive special. I had left my wallet on the bus, and when we contacted them, they instantly mailed it back to me. After such a chivalrous act, there's just no way I couldn't drop a review, man. Awesome service, good time, great people. Winn Transpo is a valid func man. Righteous drive baby.

Truly disappointed in our experience with Winn.

While we were planning transportation for our wedding, everyone we spoke with was incredibly kind and easy to work with. Unfortunately, on our wedding day, our guests were treated very poorly by our bus driver. We are incredibly disappointed that our driver would find it appropriate to tell our guests if they werent on the bus by 9pm he would close the door on them or that he had no problem leaving them stranded without Uber. I truly wouldnt be leaving this review if this complaint came from one or two guests, as I like to give benefit of the doubt, but over 50% of our guests who rode the bus shared this with my wife and I. The company had made the departure time clear to us when we were planning and even told us the day before that there was no flexibility for load time since there was a pickup directly after ours. Because of this, we redid our wedding timeline to ensure our guests would not delay the transport even by a minute. We had no problem doing this as we understood the drivers need to leave town. Because this was established, it just makes it more unnecessary that the driver would treat guests this way. He had every right to tell guests about the departure times, but no right to threaten them. If there was such a concern about the pickup after ours, perhaps Winn Transportation should not have scheduled them so close together. Because the driver was so strict with the time, we had our guests out of the venue a full 15 minutes ahead of schedule- the bus wasnt there! Our guests then got to stand in the cold while they waited for the bus. Luckily, our guests were able to laugh this off and appreciate the irony of this after they had all been yelled at to be on the bus no later than 9pm. If you are looking for transportation for an important event like your wedding, my wife and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The ONLY cause of stress on our otherwise lovely day was Winn Transportation. While we are grateful all of our guests were transported safely, we are disappointed in just about everything else. After reading all of the positive reviews, it looks like we just got unlucky with our driver, but I personally wouldnt risk putting trust into this company.
