Everyone deserves a second chance. My original review of Ridgeline Purcellville was very poor. Apparently they they had subbed out the job to someone who turned out to not be a reliable subcontractor. But, they made it right. And they made it better than right, they stuck with every question and follow-up like I was their most special client. :) Not everyone wants to work with houses that are 120 years old and have their original standing seam roof. You can't always catch everything. But when it rained and there was another gutter that was dripping, Tony would come back and address it. They weren't done until every gutter and seam stopped dripping and I was happy. And Courtney in the office was amazing also. They worked so hard to make sure I was happy with the job. I will be calling Ridgeline again for my next roofing project because I know they will make sure it's right. Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair, Gutter cleaning

I called them to get an estimate on getting my roof fixed since it started to leak. They sent someone out the very next day to look at it. I was expecting the worst and thinking I was going to have to replace our whole roof since it was 16 years old. We had just bought the house a year ago and this was something I was thinking we needed to do sooner then later. He came and took a look and was very honest. Said I only needed to replace several shingles to fix the leak. He did not try to sell me a new roof. He also wanted to replace more shingles that were replaced before with matching ones. So now my roof looks way better with the same color shingles. I was very happy with the service! Service: Roof repair
