I received an automated call for me to confirm my appointment on Thursday. It didn't give me an option to confirm, so I called the office as it said I would be charged if not confirmed. After being given the run around, I FINALLY was told, "Oh, that office closed until further notice". Not one letter or phone call letting mem know. Now I am having anxiety about who the heck is going to fill my medicine. Just AWFUL.

Dr. Keith Newby is an excellent doctor that shows great care for his patients. He really take the time to listen and shows concern. Each visit with him gives me such great feeling that Im being cared by a caring doctor.

If I could give less than one star, I would. There seems to be a communication breakdown internally and a lack of accountability. I was given several referrals to doctors that 1. Never confirmed appointment 2&3 didn't take my insurance and 4 didn't offer the appropriate treatment plan. Somehow this was viewed as me having no intention of going to the referring specialty and being denied refills on a medication. I work some 20 hour days and spend more than 2 days at a time on the road, it isn't on me to track down a specialist and then do all the paper work for the office, they failed at their job and me being the patient was punished for this. It is for this reason I would advise you to seek medical care elsewhere

Crystal at the front desk is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to fit me in last minute. Cara fit me in and did my echocardiogram on her day off! I must have called every Cardiologist on the Southside and the Penninsula and they were the only ones to care enough to make it work. If it wasn't for them I would not have been approved for my surgery!! Awesome team!
