        If you take your car there for repair, you will not get your car back with the original parts (Norfolk, VA) branch. The theft of this organization is despicable. What the workers did was to take my genuine factory made mats (valued at $124 where you would have to order the mats from another country that made the vehicle) and replaced the mats with very horrible smelling, worn out, torn mats. If someone did that to me, who is to say if they did not take an original part under the hood and replace it with a worn out part. I would not recommend this place at all. I was so upset when I left there from being stolen from that I could not see beyond that. Take your car to some place where the customer experience is valued and theft in the organization is under control by management.
