        Alex was very helpful and accommodating when our plans for our house changed we were outbidded at the last minute by an other couple on our new home days before signing. Unfortunately we had to change our plans of buying the couch we had selected. Alex was very understanding of this and issued a full refund within days. Will definitely be buying our couch from this company. (after we close this time)
