Overall experience : 7.5/10 But the rating by no means makes is mid. A very good experience for a newly open place. I've been reading alot of reviews saying slow service. This wasn't the case for us. We had a fairly sizeable order 4 burgers, 16 pc bucket, fries. Took about 15-20 mins. This may seem long. But the fact that we visited in Ramadan timing for breaking fast - the place was fairly packed. The slow service complaint is being addressed well. Despite the fairly decent order time. The front service girl was apologetic for the wait time. As for the food: Smash burgers were pretty good. The mushroom meltdown has room for improvement. It was essentially same as smash burger with mushrooms added. Maybe mushroom sauce or sauted mushrooms or anything to add 'mushroom' personality to the burger is needed. Fries - personally, zero complaints. Fried to perfection. Usually in high customer volume times in fast food places - I've noted fries quality suffers. Wasn't the case here. Fried chicken - We went for the 'hot/spicy' option. Best halal fried chicken I've had. Only critique - we received it in 2 separate buckets. One bucket was fried very well. Other for some reason - was very oily and darker shade. Consistency needs improvement. Cleanliness - They definitely need staff to empty trash and clean tables in high volume hours. Every staff member was occupied in the kitchen. Leaving the trash bin completely full and tables with no customers that needed cleaning. The place had letters installed that they are working on getting staff and working on quality. Hopefully the next experience is going to be better. Will be my first choice the next time in looking for halal fried chicken..!!

We've been to this location twice now and so far, we've enjoyed it. They have three self-order kiosks which is nice when you want to make a few modification to your order without having to repeat yourself. It's pretty simple to use and the larger menu is above those when you need to reference it. The first visit was on a Sunday, early afternoon. Not too busy, maybe a few other patrons. We ordered two Smash Burgers, one Classic, 1 Beast, single patty on both. Side order of fries and fountain drinks. Burgers were good but buns are a little heavy for a smashburger. Beast was missing onion straws. You need to ask for mustard and ketchup. Fries are waffle style, a little seasoned, and super crispy! Fountain soda is self-service. The were out of lids but we dined in so it wasn't an issue for us. The second trip was a Tuesday about 6pm. Not too busy when we arrived but by the time we left, it was obvious this was a busy spot for take-out. This time we ordered another Beast smashburger, 2 patties, and a 2-piece chicken meal. Fries and drinks. They do have a large sign by the kiosks that states meals will take longer during busy times and that was definitely the case. Our meals took 25 minutes to get from the point of order. Chicken was classic so not too spicy but had just a little kick. Pretty good, nice and crispy, very juicy. Overall, pretty good place but be prepared to wait if it's the least bit busy.

Poor customer service - They left an item out of our to-go order which was realized when we arrived home. We live about 25 minutes away, so going back was not feasible. I called to receive a refund for that item only. They took my info and stated they would call back in 30 minutes. I never received a call. The next day I followed up through the contact listed on their website. They never replied.

Nice staff. Nice location. Unfortunately the order time was far longer than I expected. It took 30 minutes for a 2 burger To Go order, I paid extra for dipping sauce and the sauce cup hadnt been sealed properly so it spilled in the bag when walked out the door and covered the box and burger with sauce. I didnt have the time or patience to go back in and have the situation rectified. The food was okay. The fries were Waffle fries with an odd aftertaste, instead of pictured straight cut fries. 2 burgers, 1 Regular fry, and a Pepsi cost just under $30 with the additional dipping sauce cup. Not a bad place, but the price and inconvenience wasn't what I expected. It was on par with eating at a casual sit down restaurant for dinner. I wish the company luck and hope they continue to improve.
