Real estate agent Vince Tabacco has been my go to agent in Loudon Co. For 4 or more years, successfully selling 3 lots which I had been unable to get sold for 10 years. His knowledge and skill in dealing with county zoning, laws & procedures was exceptional. I was impressed enough that I took land in Prince William Co from other agents and listed with Vince. He has been successful in getting offers resulting in sales there as well. Vince is so good at his job, you would never know that he has other clients. He always made time to accommodate our crazy schedules, answer our 1000s of questions and take care of paperwork like we were his priority.
