        Another fantastic experience with Columbia Contracting! This time we added a sunroom, 12x12' and it came out great! Very fair pricing. Excellent communication as always and the whole crew is friendly, professional, dependable and completely dedicated to the project, start to finish. We will definitely be calling them back in the future for more projects.

        After interviewing seven roofing companies, I chose Columbia Contracting LLC and Im so glad I did. What set them apart was that the owner, Erwin Serrano, personally came out to provide the estimate instead of sending a salesperson. He respected my time, clearly laid out my options, and never pressured meunlike other companies that spent over an hour trying to convince me to choose them.Erwin was professional, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. He used a drone to show detailed pictures of the roof, including the rotten boards that needed replacing, which gave me peace of mind and full transparency. The installation was completed in just one day, and the crew was efficient, respectful, and cleaned up well. Erwin even returned the next day for a final walkthrough to ensure everything was done right.If you're looking for quality, professionalism, and integrity, I highly recommend Columbia Contracting LLC.
