        Our experience with King Roofing was nothing other than outstanding. The King Roofing team worked efficiently and expertly. They were also quick to identify any issues with the existing roof, and swiftly made the repairs. Then, when you might not consider the cleanup efforts, after the crew drove away, the property was left as if they had never been there. I can't recommend this company enough. The owners should be very proud of the crew they've assembled.

      King Roofing offers a lifetime warranty on all roof replacements.The warranty you are referring to is the workmanship warranty that your builder requires on new construction. The warranty on your new home is dictated by the builder. In this case King Roofing is simply a subcontractor that performs work for the builder and has no say in regards to any warranties.
