I'm not sure how this "company" managed anything over one star, I have a feeling they have had friends plug the reviews because most of them are non specific. Made an appointment, no show and no call. Called to see if they were planning on coming out, and got an uninterested guy on the phone who asked us to reschedule. No show no called for that one too. If you need work done I'd suggest summit environmental solutions. I immediately got a response and they are coming out in a reasonable amount of time. Your business should be built on reputable service. Still waiting I just want to point out that the response to this review by the vendor is inaccurate. The company did not call to reschedule. After being an hour late for the first scheduled appointment, we contacted them. They gave is a new appointment today at 1pm, to which they neither showed up for, not called to apologize or inform us they would be late. I don't appreciate the dishonest nature of the response. Again, your actions (or inaction) proceeds your reputation. If you had any honor you would fix your mistake.

Sadly, I can't give a full review of Aegis' performance as a company. I can give you the following anecdote regarding their responsiveness. As a condition to the purchase agreement of the home my family bought in December of last year, there were several minor roof repairs requested. The sellers had the work completed by Aegis and submitted a receipt for the work. February of this year, I was in the attic during a rain storm and noticed that one of the areas addressed had begun leaking again. I reached out to Aegis both via e-mail directly (it was on the receipt provided) and through their website. To date, I have not received a return call or e-mail regarding my contact. While I recognize that there may not have been any "satisfaction guarantee" as we were not the ones who paid for the work (something I expressed in my written contact), I was at least hoping to hear that from Aegis themselves and possibly schedule them for the work anyway. For all I know, the company does typically wonderful work and are a true value. My experience, due exclusively to a lack of responsiveness, was less than optimal.

Tried to have easy work done, took 5 days to meet and look at the work, got a quote and that was it never heard anything back. So I took my business elsewhere. For the record I also can not comment on the work since nothing was done from him.
