North Star Roofing and Siding

North Star Roofing & Siding replaced my entire roof last week. I had obtained several estimates and North Star gave me the best price for the same type of shingles as the other companies. The owner is a real nice guy, I liked that there was no pressure and he was very professional. He provided me an estimate the same day I reached out. I should mention North Star did two complete roof replacements on my block one last month and the month prior. I can see why my neighbors used this company, it just makes sense. The work was done on time and when promised. No surprises.

I recently had a great experience with North Star Roofing and Siding LLC, and I thought it was worth sharing with you. Rob Gibson, in particular, made a significant impact on the process. His communication was clear and helpful from the start and continued throughout the entire project. I was especially impressed by how often he came to the job site to check on the work and ensure everything was being done correctly. It was evident that he values the quality of the work his team produces. Rob struck me as an honest person, someone whose word you can trust. This level of integrity and dedication made the whole experience positive for me.

Northside Roofing was quick in providing an very fair and competitive estimate on replacing the roof on the house I recently purchased. The estimate was provided with a full sample of available shingles I could choose from. The company provided a date and time for when they would be available to complete the work, and as agreed upon, the crew arrived on the date and at the time despite the windy, cold conditions. The crew was meticulous in covering all shrubbery before starting, and when finished with replacing the roof (by mid afternoon), the yard was cleaned of all evidence they had been there. Needless to say, Very pleased with the completed job, and the professionalism shown by the whole team, from the boss/owner that supervised, to the hard working guys on the roof, who did their job like they enjoyed their work. I can't recommend any company better!!

As probably with most, I had not planned or prepared myself for a new roof. North Star Roofing was wonderful in helping me through this. Robert was great to work with; he and the various crews were very accommodating. They were very straight forward in providing me an estimate and answering my questions to understand my needs. There was no sales pressure or other poor practices, which I was receiving from other competitor. I really felt they listened and focused on my needs. I ended up having both my roof and siding done, and I was extremely pleased with how quick and efficient the workers were able to perform the jobs. Everyone was very professional and respectful. I am very happy with the results. I feel that they are someone you can trust, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
