I have been a State Farm customer for over 15 years. However with an agency change only a customer of James.Rogers office 2.5 years. First off State Farm is one of the premiere insurance companies on the country, I insure three cars and my home with them. I have had great customer service from claims over the years. With regards to James Rogers office I have particularly have been pleased with the stellar customer service from he abs his wife that works in the office. At this time James Rogers office is not open for walk in business due to COVID. He works from his home and remains full service, I recommended both State Farm and the James Rogers Agency,

Shady business practices. Didn't even offer me rental car coverage in case my car was in the shop. Why should I know to ask for rental car coverage when upgrading my coverage to drive across the country? Any good agent would know to ask. It was only a few dollars more. Of course I wanted it. I would have to say that this man is incompetent at his job or simply doesn't know how to help people

We were looking for an agent who goes that extra mile and we found that agent at State Farm with James Rogers. This agency ALWAYS puts customer's first. They are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and ALWAYS friendly. They even have Saturday hours. James Rogers with State Farm definitely gets 5 stars from me because they go above and beyond to give you the best quotes available.
