        This apartment complex is the best .... From the main office down to maintenance I have no complaints ... Thanks Greenbrier Woods for making my apartment a home....

        I am very disappointed in the security of Greenbrier Woods Apartment complex. It has been less than 1 year of living in the complex and there have been multiple break-ins to cars on their property. While I was assured the first time it happened that security around the property would increase, I have only seen a security vehicle maybe twice in the last 9 months. When talking with them after the most recent and scary incident I was met with little to no help from the management team. Please be careful if you are moving here with a family or as a young individual.

        Don't live here it's not worth it the maintenance crew robbed me literally stole my wallet out of my apt and returned it to the front desk without the money. I went to the front desk people and they claimed the maintenance man didn't do it and just returned it out of kindness. Maintenance crew will rob you blind if you let them in your apartment. I'm changing my locks today. If I could give them zero stars I would.

      Michala, thank you for sharing your concerns. Our residents well-being is something we take very seriously, and it's regrettable that your interactions with our team did not meet your expectations. After the initial report, we did in fact address the issue by requesting additional courtesy patrols with unmarked cars and plain clothes guards. Operating incognito allows guards to monitor more freely, but we understand the importance of visible presence as well. This time of year every city sees an increase in activity as people prepare for the holidays and often leave valuables in vehicles. In preparation, we have already been in touch with our courtesy services provider and set up additional patrols. We appreciate your feedback as it offers a valuable perspective on areas we must evaluate and hope you will keep the lines of communication open.
