Kim was essential in helping me manage finding and purchasing a condo in DC with a limited time window to search and while working outside of the district. She was super responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding my search towards areas and properties that made the most sense for me and my situation, and I would 100% love to work with her again. From recommending local home inspection companies and lenders, to being virtually present for me during walkthroughs while I was out of state, Kim goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone migrating into DC for work or to those already local.

Kim was amazing to work with. We were moving out of the area and weren't sure whether to sell or rent our home. She visited our house on multiple occasions while we were trying to figure everything out. She patiently answered all of our questions and made recommendations on what to do with the property, both if we wanted to sell and if we wanted to keep it and find tenants. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She informed our decision in part by providing in-depth analysis of general market conditions and of our particular property as it compared to other homes in our area. She made the whole process so easy, from start to finish. If and when we move back to the area, Kim will definitely be the realtor we use and she'll be the one I recommend to all of my friends and family!
