I am a first time home buyer and so for all my first time home buyers you can only imagine the stress and overwhelming emotions I felt throughout this process. From the first conversation I had with Kona she has been nothing short of extraordinary. Kona has gone above and beyond for me, she has seen multiple of my personalities and has always remained patient, kind, and refreshingly funny. She explained the process to me on the first day, from looking at houses, to numbers, to how this crazy market works, and how we were going to get the best deal possible with what we are given. Sure enough, she more than delivered. I am big on personal connections, I like to feel listened to and cared for. I mean, I am spending hundreds of thousands of dollars I will drop you in a heartbeat if this is not the case, BUT KONA!
