There are few opportunities nowadays to express gratitude to a business woman who goes out of her way to accomodate a client, so we would love to take this opportunity to show the benefits to everyone that working with Lisa will never disappoint you. Lisa Zuraw went above and beyond to assist us in our search for a home and property that would not return to her any benefits whatsoever, other than performing a kind deed. That's correct. She got nothing from helping us. How so? It began when she helped our family members from Virginia sell their home, and make a purchase into another. Our family highly recommended Lisa to aid us in our search. There was a slight glitch though; we are Pennsylvania residents looking to move to 'West Virginia', and Lisa's business license only allows her to work within the state of 'Virginia'. She did give us hundreds of choices in Virginia since they met our criteria, but she shared hundreds more through her business portal that were in West Virginia. She literally found more homes for us to consider than just the few that West Virginia real estate agents we had made contact with. She was sharing the homes they should have been sharing with us and never did. That is truly amazing! In fact, it was Lisa that posted a home in West Virginia that we put a contract on. Of course we have not been in the real estate market for decades and the market has drastically changed, especially since the COVID-19 Pandemic began. She was more than diligent in assisting in our search, knowing that the hours she spent helping us, answering questions, cross checking facts, and finding other agents to help us would never produce for her any commissions because they were outside of her state of Virginia. We also know we are not the only folks that Lisa has worked with in this way. Her reputation proceeds her throughout the industry as being thorough and looking into areas that could cause issues later in a contract or sale. We know her primary goal is to aid each and every individual involved in a relocation or first purchase. She has made inquiries into matters that could even present legal issues for her clients later on after making a purchase. She covers every angle of the business. Another great characteristic that we must mention is this . . . Lisa is timely in everything. She has never left our telephone calls unanswered, or emails and text messages left hanging for days. She is very prompt in keeping in touch and with the dialogue you need, no run arounds. We even had times where we sent text messages late in the evening after 9:00 p.m., and she answered. If she could not supply the information immediately it was always within 24 hours of that business day. She is the hardest working, and most dedicated woman we know. Since having our first conversation with Lisa she has become a fast and true friend that has only looked out for our best interests. What more could anyone want, especially new buyers in the market? Do not hesitate to make her your first choice in searching out an experienced and dedicated agent. She will not waste your time, and she can supply fast results. As a point of fact, let us say that we have never met Lisa in person (YET), so being able to confidently speak so highly of another isn't something we take lightly. Most people are out to line their own pockets; not Lisa. Lisa Zuraw is a rare and honest woman! Lisa is the best! The sale of our home was very smooth and stress free with Lisa handling all the details. She was in constant communication and handled loose ends caused my the Property Management Company long after the sale was over. I would highly recommend Lisa! Photos of our home were amazing and I believe helped to sell our home quickly.

Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with. We worked with Lisa to sell our house as well as purchase our new home. She worked tirelessly not only to ensure we had the best sale price but also the best opportunity to have as many showings as possible even when open houses were not being utilized to ensure safe and healthy practices for all. When searching for our new home, Lisa listened to every small detail we liked and disliked about the many different home we went to see. She used this information to refine our search parameters to find us the perfect home. Lisa was always responsive, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process.
