If you need to sell your house and want personalized service, I highly recommend using Alison! She treated us like we were her only clients. She provided recommendations, guidance and held our hand step-by-step throughout the selling process. She connected with us regularly, knew exactly what and when to do things to maximize the potential of our home. She ensured that we were competitive but still profitable and equitable with other properties. Alison made certain that we made a business decision when we received multiple offers, but then shared the story of the family who purchased the home so that we knew it was going to be loved as much as we had loved it. Alison has been our family realtor for over a decade. We recently moved to a new community about an hour outside the DC Metro area and she didnt blink when we asked her to represent us, even though its outside of her normal scope. It was a convoluted transaction since we were selling our property to our daughter and son-in-law. Alison navigated us through go to market dates, closing dates, rent backs and other minute details like shed done it a thousand times before. Personally shes become a work colleague and a friend. You literally cannot find a better realtor to represent you on the buy or sell side!

Alison is simply the best! She has assisted us with 4 transactions and has essentially become part of our family. Some people just seem to have the knack for going the extra mile. Alison is one of those people. I would never buy or sell a property without her anymore. She thinks of things that would never cross my mind and always seems to ask the right questions of the right people. On top of all that, she is one of the most personable folks Ive ever met. Its always a pleasure being around her (even when were in the thick of business). Youll never regret enlisting her talents.
