        Working with Tushar Dode of Ikon Realty of Ashburn has been the absolute worst experience. His unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, unresponsiveness, inability to take responsibility or honor contractual agreements, and general difficult demeanor and bullish behavior has made the process of purchasing a home from his clients a positive living hell. In a business that relies heavily on expertise, communication, and partnerships to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved, Mr. Dode has delivered nothing but incompetence. I would implore anyone searching for a real-estate agent as a seller or buyer - to avoid Mr. Dode at all costs. The man knows nothing of integrity or ethics, overlooks details and obligations, has no depth of knowledge regarding the industry, and is anything but personable.
