Our recent home sale with the Greg Wells Team must be one for the record books. We are relocating to Florida, so we had Greg and his assistant Alex over to help us make a plan. They made several recommendations, and we agreed to spend two weeks preparing the house so that we could ask top dollar. That meeting was on October 1st. Meanwhile, Greg made a phone call to a prospective buyer, who made another phone call to another prospective buyer, and a private showing was requested and arranged for October 3rd. A full price offer was made and accepted, and that was that. Every step of the process, up until settlement on December 13th, was seamless. To anyone considering buying or selling a home in Belmont Country Club, Go with Greg!
