I've had a great experience with Dr. Brown and his team at the Loudon Center for Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Brown was able to correct the unevenness of my natural breasts with a breast lift & augmentation. This is something I've wanted to do for many years and after researching I found that Dr. Brown was the best person for the job. He was very patient with me as I came in a few extra times prior to the procedure and helped hold my hand through the process as he and his team made sure all of my questions were answered ahead of time and wanted me to feel comfortable.
I feel that Dr. Brown has very good bedside manner and made me feel really comfortable walking into the procedure. He even called later that evening after my surgery to check in and make sure I was doing okay. Weeks after my procedure he called me to make sure I was also healing okay.
I couldn't be happier with the results and has genuine follow up. Thank you, Dr. Brown!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Brown and his work. I originally utilized his services in 2006 for breast implants. Almost exactly 18 years later I returned to have my implants replaced and a crescent lift. My experience was AMAZING!!! Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and ensured i was happy! Surgery was quick, recovery even better! I was cleared to workout at my post op 6 days later. I had a lymphatic massage at the one week mark and she raved about how his work was the best she had ever seen! I am 2 weeks post surgery and cant even tell I had it. Best part is that I am in love with the outcome.

I can not recommend Dr Brown. I had breast implants replaced and came out of it with only one nipple. He said he lost blood flow.  To add insult to injury, he showed no empathy and merely told me he could build me a new one for a fee. Seriously, like I would let him touch me again?  He was so cold and unfeeling I would not ever go back nor recommend him when surely there are others out there.  I'm giving him one star because it does not allow me to submit with no stars

I wrote the below short and factual review of an unsuccessful procedure I received by this doctor. To my horror, I received a long response which disclosed, to the public, my medical history and the details of my medical procedure. This is a clear violation of my HIPAA rights and I have taken screen shots of the response and will be discussing this matter with a professional. It is beyond alarming that this medical facility has responded in this manner and this much aggression. Their response has caused me great distress and concern for my privacy. And all of this because of my review?!
Initial review: "I received Botox injections in the underarm area for excessive sweating. Unfortunately, the treatment was not effective. I was given the option to come back for more injections for which I would have had to pay full price again. I've had this treatment done many times before (in a different city) and the providers always "guaranteed their work" and never charged me if their treatment was unsuccessful. I was disappointed to see that was not the case with Dr. Brown."

I am not rating the surgery (yet) but wanted to leave a review on the facility and consultation process.  Facility is very clean and easy to get to!  The appointment was a little behind but staff kept checking in thanking me for my patience.  Once Dr Brown came in, he was completely focused on me and extremely patient with my backstory & fears!  I read a lot of his reviews prior and I saw common themes - kindness, patient, very attentive & focused, calm - and once I met with him, it REALLY made sense.  In just one session, I could tell he is all of those things.  He put my fears at ease and even complemented the work that a different surgeon completed many years ago that I wasn't completely happy with - to me, that shows his true character and values!  He did point out some areas he may have done differently, but really made me feel positive and relieved that I did get good value out of my previous experience.  He offered different options and no pressure on one versus the other even though the price difference is large.  He thought my plan of waiting for my weight loss journey to complete and then come back for another consult was a great way forward which made me feel so comfortable without any pressure!!  When I'm ready next year, I'll definitely be seeing Dr Brown and will post another review after surgery!
