Outstanding in all aspects. Ginger took care of every facet of listing my property, arranging and scheduling inspections, vendor work, HOA communications everything to do with closing. All I really needed to do was to DocuSign the various forms required. In a word...Ginger's support and assistance was OUTSTANDING!

Ginger did a fabulous job selling our River Creek home 3 years ago! She paid attention to all the details associated with dealing with the HOA and buyers which became effortless for us. Due to this professional and caring experience we had with her, we recently contracted with her to find us a new home when we decided to move back into the area. Once she understood what we were looking for, she went to work providing properties in a low inventory environment that met our criteria. She has financial and contractor connections that got us preapproved quickly at a competitive rate and to the closing table in 15 days. The house we decided to buy was an older home and Ginger worked with us to coordinate all the inspections, various contractors needed, and dealing with the sellers agent. She proactively took an interest in getting our items addressed and to the settlement table. Everyone that we met enjoyed working with Ginger and had nothing but good things to say about how knowledgeable she is which helps them get things done. Again, another professional and caring experience! This is the last house we plan to buy but if we were to do it again we would have Ginger by our side. My husband and I had the good fortune to meet Ginger Wassum when we were dating and went looking at houses for fun. We kept her card and called her when we were ready to buy a townhouse and sell my condo when we were engaged. Both were great experiences.
