Donna is exceptional. She sold my home and helped me find another home. She is dedicated to the client, as well as flexible, honest, patient, and focused. Her marketing and negotiating capabilities are sterling. She fulfilled every request and was dogged in meeting my needs. Yall this woman. She saw an application request on a rent house and within hours was contacting me via email and phone to help me get into a house. She asked what we wanted in terms of house size, bathrooms, bedrooms, backyard, sq footage, garages, etc and she jumped on the ball. She emailed dozens of home owners helping us look for houses they may not be readily available on Zillow or Trulia. She went above and beyond and drove to houses for us. Skyped us and let us see the houses in real time. She gave us her honest opinion about the layout, the details of the home, and the neighborhood. We are truly grateful for her and wouldnt have been able to find a house without her.

My experience with Donna Chong was an incredible one. She has high energy, shes professional and I consider her a trusted advisor for myself. She sold my house and I received multiple offers above list price which is always what a seller wants. Lastly, shes a strong negotiator and had my back all the way to the finish line. Donna helped us buy our first home in this area six years ago. She then helped us sell that home and purchase a new home. Every experience with Donna has been great! She is professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always a voice of reason. If she doesn't know something she doesn't pretend otherwise, but she will find the answer. On top of all of that, she is fun and friendly without being overwhelming. We highly recommend Donna!
