If you're seeking or buying, Steve is your guy. He puts in the effort that I'm not sure another realtor would. He blew leaves, took out trash, removed some cabinets, and he was available when we had questions. Steve Wilburn helped us find the house we have been looking for! He is very attentive in what our needs in a house were! He gave us 100% the whole time! Even when events taking him out of town, he made sure we got updates on the market and even worked into the night to get our offer on the table asap!
