Steph was the perfect realtor! We had a pretty complicated request hoping for an offer on the first weekend, at least at asking price, ideally with some kind of rent back. All while listing with only about a week notice! Steph went above and beyond to list as soon as possible. She did a couple showings the first day on the market and 2 open houses that first weekend. Not only did she meet our expectations but exceeded them! She got us multiple offers by Sunday night meeting ALL our requests and above asking! I worked with Steph Drahozal and had a great experience. She was very patient and willing to look at close to 30 houses with me while we navigated the insanity that is buying a house in the DMV. Steph was able to offer advice based on her experience for offers that were more likely to get accepted even during peak buying season. She was also willing to adjust and submit offers tailored to my requests. Steph was also able to list my home with a 3-day turn around when I decided to sell my current property instead of renting it like I originally intended.
