TL;DR If you are looking for an excellent Realtor to guide you through a transaction in Loudon or Fairfax counties, you have found them. Vicki Benson is it. My wife and I met Vicki in November 2022 at an open house in Leesburg. We were considering a relocation from my employer and would be moving from California to NoVA We chatted for a bit, exchanged contact information, toured the house, and that was that! In mid January, I accepted the relocation offer (the holidays slowed things down). So, naturally, I reached out to Vicki. We got re-acquainted with each other and set up a game plan. We weren't going to be back out to NoVA until the end of February, but she built MLS searches based on our requirements so that we could go through them and tell her what we liked and did not like as houses came on/off the market. Vicki's bread and butter is Loudoun and Fairfax counties. As it came closer to our visit, it was apparent that there weren't too many houses on the market that fit our criteria, and we had a sale contingency working against us (inventory was low and the market was hot). We toured what was on the market at the time of our visit with her, and discussed various approaches to the relocation. We could rent for a while and relieve the pressure on having to accept whatever we could get, or we could consider including Prince William County in our search. Mind you, it was Vicki that suggested we consider Prince William County. She could have represented us, and we would have been none the wiser if she did so. However, she was honest and up-front with us in that Prince William County is not an area she knows as well as Loudoun and Fairfax counties, but she felt we should at least consider the area. Her top priority was ensuring we were positioned as best as we possibly can, and that meant referring us to another Realtor (who was also excellent, by the way!). We ended up finding a really nice home in northern Prince William County that ticked all of our important boxes and was within our budget. It was apparent from when we first met Vicki that she truly enjoys finding her clients the best home for them, and this was proven to be true. She knew that we would have better luck finding what we were looking for in a neighboring county, and had no reservations about passing us along to someone who knows the area better (and is also a great Realtor!). We never felt at any moment that her priorities were not in line with ours. Vicki continued to keep tabs on us while we were going through the process with the other Realtor and was a true cheerleader and pillar of support along the way. Thank you, Vicki!

I just wanted to share with everyone how lucky we were to find Vicki. She was there every step of the way in my quest to find a new condo. She understood and listened to what I was looking for and kept in touch constantly. Even when she went to visit a family member for a short period of time, she made sure to call and keep in touch with me throughout the process; who does this nowadays! Vicki! If you are looking to find a special place for yourself, you would be so lucky to have Vicki help you. She is kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable.

First time selling our house and had no idea where to even start. Luckily, Vicki was highly recommended because she helped sell my moms house. Besides getting the house ready, I felt like I didnt have anything to do. This was by far the least stressful part of the move. I cant thank her enough!!!! She was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and frankly felt like family. I will miss her!

Vicki Benson deserves 5 stars for the service she provided during rhe sale of our condo. Her responsiveness to questions, flexibility and advice were top notch. I am so happy we picked Vicki to be our agent and highly recommend her to others.
