Ryan is the perfect gem of a realtor! He knows the local real estate market very well, he's incredibly patient, and creative. He pushed us when we needed some nudging and calmed our anxiety during the process. We bought a new house, moved, and sold our old house all within a month. Ryan did an excellent job negotiating on both sales and kept the entire process running smoothly. All we had to do was pack and prep the house. He gave us great tips on what to do and not to do when selling our house. Ryan is also able to stage your house if needed. Ryan goes the extra mile for his clients! From early before the listing he came to our home, recommended repairs that would help us get more for our listing and even suggested contractors. After the repairs were done, he came and walked us through step by step of what would need done before during and after the sale. He organized all of the players involved and kept us all updated. Because of his consistency, our home sold in 2 days, for over asking price! Ryan has expertise as a realtor throughout the entire process to get deals done that satisfy the needs of both the buyer and seller. We would use him again if we ever needed to buy or sell a home!
