        Terrible Customer service, slow service, employees are rude and indifferent. This one store is the single worst experience I've ever had with JJ's. I've never experienced any other locations like this in any other city. It's surprising because this is such a great area with many service offerings very focused on the customer experience, this one lowers the bar for the JJs name as a whole.

        Customer service was terrible. The cashier was clearly not happy to be at work today. Pretty sure they gave me a sandwich on yesterdays bread. Not only was the bread stale but they appeared to cut two pieces of bread and use it as a top and bottom piece. Guess I should have ordered in store and watched the sandwich be made.

        If you're going to promote a new sandwich, put everything on it, see anything missing? Also, if the online order says to cut it, then cut it. omg!! Seeing all the other reviews tells me you need new management.
