Amazing. Through. Took the time out to listen to my needs and expressed care about my daughters broken iPad. Thank you for that. A little pricey, BUT for super great customer service and a fast turn around, Id do it again! Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Easy enough, this place sucks. I took my phone in on Saturday, 1/14 to get the front and back screens repaired. That went fine, realized later that the charger port was now defective. I took the phone back on Tuesday, 1/17, I was called on Saturday, 1/21 telling me my phone was ready. I went to pick it up and now the SIM card cannot be read. Every time one damage was repaired, another one was created. Now we are at the point of them having no idea how to fix it, rather wasting time trying exploratory "surgery,". I have asked for the owner to call me several times, do you think I received a call? Of course not . This is unacceptable and indictive of a business that doesn't care about their customers or the service they provide, only their revenue. A live for today, forget tomorrow mentality. Negative stars if I could. Steer clear, you've been warned.
