I had went to this store so they could help me data transfer my old phone to my new one and they were not helpful at all and now my new phone doesn't even have all my stuff and my old phone has only half of my stuff the last wants a help at all she even was having side conversations with the other employees

The wait is usually long when I go and I only go in if I absolutely must. At least the customer service was good.

Having an issue with my business and personal phone contacts syncing to both devices due to a Gmail account. Rep accessed both of my phones and deleted the Gmail account from business phone which removed all contacts. I pointed out that all of the contracts in my business phone were gone. Her solution was to reconnect my business phone to the Gmail account. Now all of my personal and business contacts are on both devices. Was told the only solution to this would be to remove the Gmail account from my business phone again and then manually enter all of the contacts or Bluetooth them one by one fr my personal phone to my business phone.Thank you for making my issue worse than it was prior to visiting your store.Today was my third and final visit to this location. Customer service and product knowledge at the Waxahachie location is poor at best.

horrible service ! waited 1+ hours for an upgrade and when they finally started helping me the men was rude and told me he can sell my the iphone but i had to transfer the phone myself because it was 5:00 and they will closed at 6:00 !!! still had an hour left be he didnt want to help me !
