My grandmother goes in there frequently and those women are the worst .. Alexis had the worst Attitude and is a thief stole money from my grandmother Ive called the police and I would like coporate office number to report this further !! No managers on duty or no corporate office number

Took a friend in when her phone died and was met with a terrible attitude and extreme rudeness. Got absolutely no help other than a number to call, but when we called they sent us back to the store, which really made the attitude from that employee ramp up. As she was speaking to customer service just as rudely, my friend asked her why she had to be so rude. She began raising her voice to us both and to the lady on the phone, then slammed my phone down on the counter. Shockingly, Monica/Margot (which we found out isn't even her name) didn't break it. But we did find out this same employee was fired from another location. Guess they'll just keep passing her around until she does cause damage, other than the customers she's losing.

Very nice ladies, best metro in all of town! Have the cutest cases and accessories. And honestly huge shout out the the manager Deborah shes definitely the best go to for all your needs!
