The new management was great. Naushad was very helpful with getting my wife an upgraded phone. He even updated my family plan and saved me $30 a month. Great experience, I will be back when my sons phone is ready for updating.

I wrote a very long review about the experience I had at the store and accidentally deleted it. All I can say is I visited the store, the woman working at the store was rude, condescending, hostile, and for lack of a better word sneaky.She said one price over the phone and when we got there it was about 400 more than she quoted, saying "I said it would be $200 less" the heck does that mean? She yelled over my husband while he was talking calling him a liar. After she talked over me every time I spoke and asked a question. Was sneaky and weird about pricing. Asking "how much do you want to spend?", instead of telling me the phone price.All I wanted to know what the price for a new phone and it was like an argument any time I asked a question.We did leave the store and I let her know we would not be doing business there and set boundaries of how I will be treated in a customer service setting where I'm spending money.After I walked out of the store to my car. She flipped that interaction we had again--and told my husband I can't talk to people like that and I only said anything because she was behind a counter and you all can leave. (I already decided this for us and was in the car)Writing this feels so icky- the whole exchange with her was uncomfortable and sneaky.After being loyal metro customers for 8 years we will be leaving for another carrier.
